Our standard warranty period for our EV chargers is typically one year. However, we also provide extended warranty services for our customers. Please contact us to know more.

Normally it takes 3-7 days for sample order and 20-25 days for formal order. While it also depends on the quantity of the order. We will confirm it after you place the formal order.

Our payment term is 100% T/T for sample order. 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T blance before shipment for formal order.
